I was happy with the service at Dudley Motor Company because it wS a nice car low mileage and reputable dealer
My experience at Dudley Motor Company could have been better because when I picked up the vehicle it wasn't very clean, there was grime on the underside of the sun visor and round some of the instruments in the car, lack of detailing round the badge ect on the steering wheel. Not what I expected from a vauxhall dealer. Also after driving half an hour In the new car to go to the shops I found the boot didn't stay open, this made it dangerous for my youngest child as it was so heavy an slammed shut, meant I couldn't use the boot on my own. Also the rear door just didn't lock, so I had a week of anxiety while driving around or parking anywhere. Team behind the desk were really helpful but still disappointed with the overall experience
